Delete your account

You can delete your Grant Lookout account yourself at any time, in the app or here. It takes effect at once and cannot be undone.

What is deleted

  • Your profile: your email address and your name.
  • Your saved searches, saved opportunities and notes.
  • Your notification settings, and the alerts we have sent you.
  • The push tokens of your phones, so no more alerts are sent to them.
  • Any organization you are the only member of, with everything saved to it.

What is kept

  • Opportunities and notes you added to an organization that still has other members. They stay with that organization, no longer marked as yours.
  • Ordinary server logs, which hold IP addresses and the time of each request, for a short time. They are not tied to your account.

Nothing else is held back, and there is no waiting period. The same email address can be used to start a new, empty account later.

In the app

  1. Open the Account tab.
  2. Scroll to the bottom and choose Delete my account.
  3. Confirm when it asks.

Here, without the app

  1. Enter your account's email address below. We email you a code.
  2. Enter the code. You are taken to the delete section of your account page.
  3. Type DELETE and press Delete my account.

If you cannot sign in

If you no longer have access to the email address, or the account has been suspended, write to hello@grantlookout.app and we will delete it for you. We may ask you to show that the account is yours.
